The whole turntable casting line is integrated
with 5 or 6 tilting or static benches located on
a hydraulic and gear transmission large turntable,
gantry or anthropomorphic robots, specific
machines, fixtures and tooing for intelligent
automated production. The process is complete
with coresetting, pouring, casting extraction,
coreprint breaking, degating, data marking and
transport.

整个生产线单元由五至六台倾转式或静置式铸造机放置于液压驱动齿轮传动大型转台上，配套多台桁架式或拟人式机器人及各种专用设备和工装夹具，完成下芯、浇注、固化、取件、除芯头、除浇道、打码和铸件输送的智能自动化生产。 |

整个生产线单元由两至三台倾转式或静置式铸造机呈环岛形布置，围绕单元中央区域设置一至两台拟人机器人及各种专用设备和工装夹具，完成下芯、浇注、固化、取件、打码和铸件输出的快速样件试制或小批量智能自动化生产。
The whole island casting line is integrated with
2 or 3 tilting or static benches placed in an
island, anthropomorphic robots, specific machines,
fixtures and tooling for quick sample prototyping
or batch production. The process is complete with
coresetting, pouring, solidification, casting
extraction, data marking and transport.
