整个铸件后处理生产线单元配置有多台拟人机器人、专用组合工装夹具、集成动力头工作站和各种组合专机，在降噪全封闭隔音房内完成重力铸造与低压铸造的铸件输入、震芯、落砂、浇冒口锯切、刮铣毛刺、成品输出及废料收集的智能全自动生产。
The whole fettling & trimming line enclosed in sound-proof house is integrated with multiple robots,
specific fixtures, driving tools, diversified special machines and machining stations for intelligent
automated production. The process is complete with casting infeed, hammering, decoring, riser/runner
sawing, deflashing, finished part outfeed & waste collection.
